The dual switch setup features depth, rate and delay for chorus; while the exclusive 'Ambience' control allows 0ms-30ms of carefully contoured room delay, which is great for creating a huge stereo spread or 'doubled' sound.
The Tsunami's heavy-duty extruded metal chassis is built to take a beating with counter-sunk controls and sturdy switches. No cheap plastic here! Like all Rocktron effects, signal integrity is maintained by providing a direct signal path, with the effect making the Tsunami one of the only chorus pedals that works well for both clean and super-saturated tones. The finely dampened chorus will not get 'tinny' or 'thin,' but rather creates a lush new dimension for your all-important tone.

Up for sale is a used Rocktron Tsunami. It works great, has a very lush sounding analog chorus and another function called ambience, which provides a sort of doubled sound via a short delay. This pedal is really meant to run in stereo. You can run it in mono, but its not as impressive. The Rocktron Tsunami is a dual-switch multi-effect unit capable of producing delay, chorus and phasing.Features: up to 30ms delay time, rate, width, chorus and ambience controls, countersunk controls, metal chassis. I have a Rocktron Tsunami which may be my favorite chorus, sounds lush and deep like no other, retains lows perfectly. I see it is discontinued though. The Utopia was a big let down.
