Cybeast Falzar
In Central Area 1, keep buying coffees from the Net Cafe. He will eventually give you the Bug Stop program.
Cross BeastIn order to make a Cross Beast, which is a fusion between a Navi Cross and the Cybeast, you must first be in Beast Out mode. After one turn, when you return to the chip selection screen, choose a Cross and select 'OK'. That Cross will fuse with the beast and it will become a Cross Beast. You can also do this by choosing a Cross first and going into Beast Out mode on the next turn.
Crossbeast special attackTo do the Crossbeast special attack, first do a cross then do a Beast Out while in Cross mode. You will transform into a Crossbeast. Select any non-elemental chip and send it to Megaman. Hold A and Megaman will start to change. A yellow energy ball will appear. Release A button to shoot. Note: Crossbeast and Crossbeast special attack will change depending of which cross you choose.
Repairman's toolWhen you are supposed to find the repairman's tool, go to your house and enter the bathroom. Jack in to the toilet. There should be a Mettaur with a plunger on his head. Defeat him, go back to the repairman, and talk to him.

Go to Center Area 2. In one of the corners is Blastman V2. He has 800 HP. You may notice that the two blocks that where on the field when you fought him the first time have switched to the center of Megaman and Blastman's area. You can use this to your advantage if you have SpoutCross and Falzar BeastOut at this point. Stuff your chip folder with as many Non Elemnet chips as possible. Then, enter a battle against Blastman V2. Stand behind the center cube. When you do this, he will almost always use Fire Tornado. After he uses it, use Falzar Aquacrosses charge up Tornado to kill him instantly.
